Akasha - Printed Kantha Quilt

This hand block printed Kantha quilt is a type of traditional Indian quilt that is made using 100% cotton fabric. The quilt is reversible and features intricate designs that are hand-carved onto wooden blocks by skilled artisans. Layers of cotton fabric are stitched together with a running stitch, painstakingly hand embroidered using a needle and thread. This stitching creates a quilted effect, with small, intricate stitches that add both texture and durability to the quilt.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Due to Kantha stitches it gives enough strength and durability for washing by hands and also it can be cold washed through washing machine.

Cold machine wash separately on a delicate cycle with a very minimal amount of mild detergent. Tumble dry on a low setting or line dry in shade. Do not soak, bleach or iron. For spot cleaning, gently dab the area with water (rub very gently if required). Due to the nature of hand printed fabrics, variation in colour and pattern may occur. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid excessive fading.
