Refund policy
~ House of Rao gladly offers returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to honour your return.
~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the House of Rao tote bag provided.
~ Sale/Discount/Promotion items are eligible for a store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on any discounted/sale items (e.g. Slow Friday Sale, Holiday Sale).
~ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store Credit:
~ We offer an online store credit within 30 days from the purchase date.
~ Once your returned item is received by House of Rao, we will issue your store credit gift card via email. There is no expiry date on your store credit.
~ Domestic orders within Australia will be provided with a pre-paid postage return label.
~ International orders are required to arrange return postage at own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
~ To return an item for a store credit, please visit our returns portal and follow the prompts. You will receive an email from our customer service team with instructions on how to return your item to House of Rao.
Refund:
~ We offer refunds on full priced items within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. You will receive a courtesy email advising once your refund has been processed.
~ If you paid via credit card, please allow 5-7 business days for funds to securely process. If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your AfterPay account amendment.
~ Domestic orders within Australia will be provided with a prepaid postage return label and a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
~ International orders are required to arrange return postage at own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
~ To return an item for a refund, please visit our returns portal and follow the prompts. You will receive an email from our customer service team with instructions on how to return your item to House of Rao.
*PLEASE NOTE* Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible returns policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.
~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Please be aware of processing delays for Sale/Discount/Promotion items (e.g. Slow Friday Sale).
~ We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.

LOST OR MISSING RETURNS
Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of House of Rao. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our warehouse safely.
